Vehicle operator agrees to the safe operations of the vehicle. Vehicle owner and/or drive agrees to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS, Wells St. Beach, Inc., it's owners, employees or agents against any and all claims for property damage or personal injury. FOR SAFETY REASONS, YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING ALL COSTS SHALL BE FOR VEHICLE OWNERS ACCOUNT Management reserves the right to request removal of vehicle and patrons without refund for failure to follow facilities rules/regulations. |
Wells St Beach Parking and Concession is family owned and is private property. We maintain a family friendly experience. We reserve the right to ask you to leave. If you have any concerns please ask at the concession window or an attendant to speak with a manager.
Parking Lot Information: *No In's and Out's *No Animals *Park where the attendant directs you- we have specific way we park cars. *Car must be out of lot BEFORE closing time or it will be towed at owners expense. (later in season we close earlier, generally 30 min before sunset, car needs to be out prior to closing time) *No entry 2 hrs prior to closing. For example, when we are closing at 8pm - we don't allow cars to enter 6pm *No alcohol *No Glass * We are open weather pending, please follow us on fb for daily updates *No profanity *Patio Information
